David R. Gentile, MD of Professional Orthopaedic Associates presented “Preventing Sports Related Injuries” to members of the Red Bank Atlantic Club. Dr. Gentile explained the importance of flexibility and core strengthening programs. He spoke specifically about injuries to the knee, shoulder, wrist and elbow. Dr. Gentile is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, shoulder, elbow, hand and wrist surgery.
