Biography
Dr. Foos is originally from Long Island and graduated Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook where he earned Scholar-Athlete of the year honors in 1986. Subsequently, he earned an M.D. from the SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse. He accomplished his orthopaedic training at Monmouth Medical Center and went onto complete a fellowship at the prestigious Southern California Orthopaedic Institute. He specializes in arthroscopic and reconstructive procedures of the shoulder, knee and ankle. His practice also encompasses management of traumatic bone disorders and total joint replacement. He is also an orthopaedic team physician for Monmouth University, Georgian Court University and many area high schools. In addition, Dr. Foos is an Associate Professor at Monmouth Medical Center.
Dr. Foos is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys skiing, golf, squash and spending time with his wife and four children.
Dr. Foos is available to see patients at the Tinton Falls, Toms River and Freehold Offices.
