Jason Cohen M.D. named Chairman of the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program at Monmouth Medical Center

PRESS RELEASE

Dr. Jason Cohen has been named the Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Monmouth Medical Center, effective July 1, 2008.

Dr. Cohen is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon. He completed medical school at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx. He then went on to the prestigious Maryland Scoliosis and Spine Center to complete a fellowship in Spinal Surgery.

Dr. Cohen directs the Professional Spine and Scoliosis team at Professional Orthopaedic Associates. He specializes in cervical, thoracic, and lumbar problems including sciatica, scoliosis, herniated disks and spinal reconstructive surgery. In addition, Dr. Cohen is a past recipient of the Monmouth Medical Centers' "APPLE" award for teaching excellence.
