Dear Dr. Cohen and Staff,

I don’t know where to start except to say thank you so much for taking such great care of me. I walked into your office back in November crying in pain and, from the moment I walked through your door and was greeted by your pleasant and caring receptionists, I knew I was in the right place. After meeting with Dr. Cohen, I felt that I had finally met a physician who had the heart and compassion to help me.

It’s been only a few weeks since my surgery and I just want to thank Dr. Cohen for those “magic hands” that fixed my back. He is one of the kindest, warm-hearted, sincere, caring doctors I have ever met. He made me feel like I mattered and helped me to regain confidence that there is hope. Secondly, Adrienne I cannot thank you enough for putting up with my phone calls and being so kind and reassuring. Marilyn, you have been terrific with setting up my surgery and taking care of everything. And the rest of the staff, thank you for always greeting me with a smile and asking how I am feeling. I left there today after my follow-up and just felt like I was in such good hands and great care.

I will highly recommend your practice to anyone. You are all a great bunch of down-to- earth people that makes sure that the patient feels at home.
