Treating Doctor:“The proof is in the video of me skiing- spinal fusion works! Dr. Cohen, thank you so much! In June, I couldn't walk, then I had my surgery. In July I rode my bike 20 miles after spinal surgery. By Labor day, I jogged a half mile. In September I was able to jog to a run at least two miles and I was swimming every other day. I started back skiing in December and I was able to be aggressive right from the get-go, powder skiing most of the winter, then onto being aggressive in the bumps, but slow! The biggest believer out there is me!!”

Treating Doctor:“Not a bad one in the bunch! I saw Dr. Gesell for knee pain. He gave me a needle which I didn't even feel a pinch. I call this my six-month lub job. Dr. Gabisan removed a bone spur above my big toe this fall. I felt like I was at a spa. I was given heated blankets and a TV in my room. The staff was excellent as was my doctor. I was back to walking my dogs in a couple of days. I didn't need pain meds but took a couple of advil. I would recommend this procedure in a heartbeat.”

Treating Doctor:“We are finding out that our son had a torn ACL and a fully torn meniscus due to a football injury was quite difficult to hear. We had many questions. Dr. Bade amazing and spent quality time with us at each visit, especially after his first surgery. Dr. Bade is such a perfectionist, and the first surgery took a long time due to the meniscus continually tearing upon repair. We were tense/nervous/exhausted and he sat with us at 9:30 at night to meticulously detail the entire surgery. Post op appointment Dr. Bade showed us all the photos and again explained the whole procedure. The staff was accommodating. Fast forward to the next year - Senior year football captain - and tragedy still — the second injury just like the first. We had the same nurturing and caring experience the first go round. We are thankful that Dr. Bade was our son's surgeon.”
