  • “I'm pleasantly surprised and I say pleasantly because I did not expect the level of satisfaction I got from this office. I'm now retired from the corporate world and I find myself complaining how offices are terribly run and how, nowadays, people just don't care-most of them want to do the minimum required and could care less if client satisfaction is being provided.  A couple of years ago, I needed a shoulder specialist and by pure luck I decided to have Dr. David Gentile look at my shoulder.  Dr. Gentile took his time to explain in details what he was going to do to solve my problem.  He operated on my right shoulder and as he predicted, my shoulder was fixed.  A year later, while teaching soccer in the community, a kid ran into me and because my bad knee did not provide me the right balance, I feel and my other shoulder now needed to be repaired.  Dr. Gentile performed the operation and again he fixed it.  I decided to have a full knee replacement and to my regret, I did not call Dr. Gentile; I let my therapist convince me to see another surgeon- a mistake I regret and I'll never forget.  I found this new office to be rude; not to care about their patients and worse yet, I found the doctor to take the "I could care less attitude."  My knee replacement was a complete failure.  The insurance company gave me the permission to see a different doctor for a second opinion and at the same time they told me a revision was being negated.  I was not going to make the same mistake and this time I called Dr. Gentile for his recommendation - he recommended Dr. Mark Gesell.  On June 24, my revision took place.  While waiting for June 24, a family member got hurt.  I asked, once again, Dr. Gentile for his advice.  He recommended Dr. Glenn Gabisan and with no hesitation we went to him.  She got her procedure done and we are both in the recovery stage.  Dr. Gentile is now a key person for me - any problems I go to him and thanks to Dr. Mark Gesell, for the first time, I feel confident my knee will be fine.   Doctors, thank you very much; thanks to all of you I feel I'll be able to enjoy a normal life.”

  • “Dr. Parker has a wonderful and caring bedside manner. I was in terrible pain in my knee, and Dr. Parker gave me a cortisone shot and a prescription for physical therapy along with a topical anti-inflammatory. Dr. Parker reached out to me himself about my prescription. I highly recommend him.”

  • “So far after 2 surgeries, cervical and lumbar fusion and discectomies, I have complete faith in my surgeon and his staff. My appointments are on time, no waiting, my questions are answered, my concerns never dismissed.  If I call the office, either Adrian picks up the call immediately, or promptly returns my call. Could not ask for a more pleasant, courteous, professional staff all around. Everything is handled efficiently, from appointments to billing. Very satisfied.”

  • “This past February I started to develop pain in the back of my shoulder that just wouldn't go away. well, after several visits to the Chiropractor with no results and now numbness and pain setting in on my arm and fingers it was suggested that I might have a neck problem which was clearly evident in the MRI. I had a severe herniation of the disc between C6 and C7. After meeting with Dr. Cohen it became clear that the surgery was a real possibility to eliminate my chronic symptoms. we tried two epidural injections that unfortunately didn't work so surgery became the solution on July 15th. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous. in the past, I've had a few minor orthopedic surgeries and never gave it a thought but when you're dealing with the spinal cord, neck and nerves, you start to think. Dr. Cohen took the time to explain the procedure in great detail with all the options available and after much consideration chose a procedure know as ACDF. I remember waking up in the recovery room after surgery completely pain free in my arm and hand with very little discomfort relating to the surgery. I was home within 24 hours and walking outside within a day, walking 4 miles per day within two weeks. I'm now going on my third week back to doing things I never thought would be possible so soon after surgery. I can thank Dr. Cohen and his staff for providing the best attention, care and treatment. It really made the difference and I will always be grateful to Dr. Cohen for his personal attention and outstanding bedside manner.”

All the way. 200% My journey of gratitude must begin with Roz Smith who was the first to listen and act on my agonizing complaints of excruciating pain. Thank you, Roz, for providing me with the immediate appointment that saved me from undergoing an extensive repair surgery. Next to Dr. Gabisan to whom I will forever by indebted. Thank you for your excellent expertise and for being so immediately attentive to the misdiagnosis I received at the hospital. Your compassionate, caring and unbelievable bedside manner is what I so proudly boast about whenever the opportunity arises. I can sing your praises forever and that will not be enough!! You never rush and you treat all of your patients with the utmost respect and dignity. My God Bless you 100 fold. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Christopher Johnson for his excellence in diagnosing two previous hand injuries. Your conservative approach and attentiveness will forever be appreciated. Next, a very special thank you to the physical therapy staff. Stephanie and Maria you are both amazing. Thank you so much for being so accommodating with all the scheduling issues. You are always so compassionate and kind. To Ila Fortuna, thank you for your unending patience in giving me back the use of my hands when I was not even able to tear open a packet of Splenda. Your calming and caring demeanor is what got me through so many difficult and frustrating days when I could barely hold a coffee cup or tear a check out of my checkbook! You are a loving and caring to your patients and I never stop singing your praises as well. God Bless you, Ila. And to physical therapists Cynthia Massagli and Sheela Iyer, what can I say other than I remain forever indebted for your fine expertise, unending patience and compassion. Thank you for teaching me how to walk and be mobile again after two months of being housebound. Thank you for the constant encouragement which has been crucial to my recovery. What a joy to be free finally of the scooter, walker, boo, etc. To the wonderful people at the front desk, the x-ray techs, the billing staff and everyone at POA…my deepest and most sincere thanks! Your office will forever be the choice of my family and friends who all share the same sentiments as I do. With sincere warmest regards.”
