Treating Doctor:“My foot surgery went well. Dr. Gabisan had explained the surgical procedure and recovery time to me during the last office visit. Dr. Gabisan was very reassuring. I also found that Rosanne, the scheduler for surgeries, was very helpful. I saw Dr. Gabisan before my surgery on 2/20/17, and he went over the surgical procedure with me. Dr. Gabisan saw both my husband and myself after the surgery and discussed the initial phase of my recovery. Dr. Gabisan was very thorough, and I had a good understanding regarding this surgery.”

Dr. Cohen performed surgery to relieve the pressure on the nerve causing the leg and foot pain. I was able to resume running within a few weeks and actually ran a 2:58 at the Chicago Marathon later that year, along with a personal best of 2:55 at Boston a few months after. Thank you Dr. Cohen.
