Treating Doctor:Patient Rating:“I have been a patient of Dr. Bade's for 30 years and can honestly say that he and his staff are the most professional medical office I have every been to in my life. His care is second to none and he always puts his patients first, before anything else. I'm 50 years old now and I have been pretty hard on my body throughout the years. Between working and participating in physically demanding sports, I've suffered multiple injuries which required surgery. Dr. Bade always got me back to 100%. He is a truly gifted surgeon. I would never even consider going to anyone else or to any other office. The staff makes you feel that you are important, and you never feel like your being shuffled through, as you do in other offices. They have really set the bar high and I can appreciate that because I operate my business in the same manner.”

Treating Doctor:Patient Rating:“The proof is in the video of me skiing- spinal fusion works! Dr. Cohen, thank you so much! In June, I couldn't walk, then I had my surgery. In July I rode my bike 20 miles after spinal surgery. By Labor day, I jogged a half mile. In September I was able to jog to a run at least two miles and I was swimming every other day. I started back skiing in December and I was able to be aggressive right from the get-go, powder skiing most of the winter, then onto being aggressive in the bumps, but slow! The biggest believer out there is me!! Thanks again.”

Treating Doctor:“Dear Dr. Foos, Here I am with two knees, and I want to thank you for giving me back my life. When I first came to see you, I was in so much pain. Today I feel like a new person and I am finally pain-free. Through it all, you always explained things so that I knew what would happen as well as how and why. You patiently and thoughtfully answered all my questions, even those some might consider silly (zumba and zip lines). You have an incredible staff. They have always been so nice to me. Your assistant, Jennifer, is amazing. She has traveled this journey with me, answering every phone call, every question, every fear I had, always so professional and compassionate. Then there's Laurie, the first person I would see at the reception desk; Colleen, Anthony, and John, who would bring me back to one of the exam rooms or take me for x-rays; Clarinda, who I would see on my way out and make my next appointment; Justine, who gave me those reminder calls. And then, physical therapy -- Tracy is the first person I spoke with at POA PT, and she was so kind and caring; Sheela is an incredible physical therapist and did wonders. And then there is you, Dr. Foos. Thanks to your great surgical skills and knowledge and compassion, you have brought me through this journey. I never thought I would be able to walk and run without pain again, but here I am. THANK YOU!”

Treating Doctor:“I had much pain in my knee. I knew it was a meniscus problem because I had been there with my other knee. My pain management doctor did a great job sending me for an MRI... and he tried to schedule me with another doctor. The appointment they gave him was to happen in 4 weeks. Four weeks of pain and using a cane... just to see a doctor really? So, I got Dr. Bade's name from a friend. I had an appointment in less than a week.... and surgery for my two tears and a shred... the very next week. Great to find a staff and a doctor that cares.”

Treating Doctor:Patient Rating:“I want to thank Dr. Jason Cohen and the staff at Professional Orthopaedic Associates for the care and support that I received throughout my procedure. From the time of my first phone call for my initial visit, to the most recent post-surgery check-up, I never felt as a “number,” but as someone as important as a family member. Dr. Cohen was very compassionate to the pain I was feeling as well as making me feel more at ease with the surgical procedure that was inevitable. The pain from the collapsed disc was so unbearable, that whenever I would cough or laugh, the pain would bring me to tears. As instructed by Dr. Cohen, the physical therapy made the recovery from the removing of the disc and the fusion of the two vertebrae very fast. It has now been over 2 years after the surgery, and I’ve never felt better. My husband reminds me that the scar from the incision is virtually invisible. Once again, thank you to a wonderful doctor and staff!!”
