“I first met Dr. Gentile in the spring for a jammed finger I incurred playing volleyball with my grandson. Dr. Gentile was great, and in no time I was feeling better. A few months later I experienced shoulder pain, an entirely new problem. Appointment with Dr. Gentile, diagnosed a rotator cuff tear off to PT for awhile it was improving then it went wrong, and I could not move my arm. Surgery scheduled. I was nervous 70+ years young rotator cuff surgery could be a robust recovery. Surgery went well pretty extensive repair needed many anchors to put me back together — pain minimal back to Yoga classes before I knew it. Just two weeks ago I experienced a severe fall I landed on my elbow resulting in a fracture to my left elbow -dislocation to the radial head, pain pretty severe. Dr. Gentile explained my course to treat would have to be a replacement of the fx bone. Surgery scheduled soonest and I am currently six days post op. Dr. Gentile has Golden Hands, no postoperative pain. I know I have a way to go with PT, but with Dr Gentile in my corner I am in the best hands.
