“My husband and I leave in a week for a cruise to the British Isles, thanks to you. We would have lost thousands of dollars, as we booked too late to qualify for the travel insurance. You studied the MRI (of my shoulder), asked pertinent questions, then made the call to proceed with an injection. At first, I was worried that things seemed to get worse that night. I felt no change after one hour or six hours. Then, one day later, I felt 40% better. One week later, I felt 80% better. I stopped taking any medications and was no later kept awake all night trying to find a position that wouldn’t aggravate my shoulder.
