“I was in such pain. The office staff actually answered the phone when I called, which was wonderful. That is a very important thing for me and says a lot about how doctors care about their patients. Dr. Parker was wonderful. He reviewed my X-rays and explained everything that was going on and my options. I was not rushed and felt listened to. He is hands-on, professional, and knowledgeable. The procedure in the office was done by him right there, no waiting. The brace person was really helpful, too. It was a good experience, and I’m grateful to have such a good doctor for my knee. From the front desk with their warm welcome and efficient demeanor, to the X-ray staff, handling my son with care and respect. This was all new to me, and Dr. Gabisan's surgical coordinator, Rosanne, walked me through it all, with recommendations and patience. I can't say enough about the doctor himself. He explained all options, let me know what he considered the best course of action, and was able to keep us both calm in the process.
