“I have been a patient of Dr. Bade since 1985 when I suffered an injury to my scapula after being hit by a motor vehicle while riding my bicycle. Since that day, I have never looked to anyone but him for all my orthopaedic needs, and there have been many. Multiple knee injuries that he surgically repaired that have allowed me to continue with the type of physical work and sports that I engage in. I am currently under his care for a major shoulder injury, and I have to say that I always have and always will have trust and faith in what he recommends. “Dr. Torpey, Hope all is well with you! I wanted to get in touch with you to give you a little update and let you know how I’m doing. Working with Drew and Basil has been fantastic to say the least. Turns out I had a lot of muscle imbalances that went unaddressed. They taught me so much and have helped me with the majority of my issues. It’s amazing how quickly the sensation I was feeling of an overly tight anterior capsule disappeared as my imbalances were corrected. I still have a fair amount of work to do, but finally seeing real substantial progress has me very optimistic for the future. I even started lightly working out again. My shoulders feel much more symmetrical and my exercises feel normal again. Things are finally starting to look up for me and I couldn’t be happier. I want to thank you for everything you’ve done for me. I’m sure I drove you crazy with all my questions and concerns, but what meant the most to me is that you always listened and never once made me feel stupid for asking them.
