“I have been seeing Dr. Gentile for YEARS and I love him. He takes a measured approach and wants to try everything non-invasive first. My brother needed shoulder surgery this summer, he took my advice and saw Dr. Gentile who confirmed what everyone was telling him (much to his chagrin). Unfortunately, he's a good hour north and he found a doctor closer to home. But hearing it from someone he trusted, was all he needed. Dr. Gentile is never allowed to retire.  ;)”

“We have been patients of Dr. Bade for 21 years. He has done 6 knee surgeries and 1 hand surgery on Lou and 2 hip surgeries and 1 hand surgery on Judy. Dr. Bade is just the best – his surgical skills are unsurpassed and his manner and the time he takes to explain everything is excellent. We would  highly recommend him to anyone in need of an excellent surgeon. His office assistant, John, is also very capable, friendly and helpful. “I had gone to another physician before seeing Dr. Gabisan, and he told me right away that I would most likely have to go for surgery before even seeing the MRI. Dr. Gabisan said I did not have to have surgery after seeing the MRI and just had me wear a boot and within about 5 months I was healed. He was a very calming and relaxed doctor which made me feel very comfortable.”

“Dr. Gesell replaced my left knee and I couldn't be more pleased. He is thorough, kind & very competent. I was only in the hospital for one night & had no pain whatsoever. I would recommend him to my family and friends. I'm a little over 8 weeks out and doing great. I've been back to pilates since week 3 and also doing therapy 3x a week. All in all, it's been a very positive experience.”

“I actually damaged my shoulder several years ago, but aggravated the injury in November 2014. Dr. Bade looked at my shoulder, ordered X-rays, and an MRI, after which he sat with both my wife and me (spending an hour with us discussing options). He advised that I must perform physical therapy before he would even consider surgery (he did not jump at the chance to do surgery). I went through the PT, and unmistakably, my shoulder felt so much better. I felt so good, that I did not intend to request surgery, but unfortunately I injured the shoulder again while lifting my 95 year old mother after she had fallen. I will need to see Dr. Bade once again . . . and look for his expert advise before jumping to any 'surgery' conclusions.”

“Dr Gabisan took the slow and steady course to help mend my Achillies tendon. He told me up front that it would take six months to heal and allow me to walk properly. He prepared me for the future by telling me there is calcification in the tendon and I may have issues in the future. This allowed me to prepare and recognize symptoms before hand! I was well pleased with the results!”

“After three months of unrelenting pain and discomfort that was affecting the quality of my life and after unsuccessful attempts at relief with steroid injections, acupuncture and PT, surgery was recommended. I was referred by a dear friend and doctor to Dr. Jason Cohen. After reviewing my case and looking at my films, Dr. Cohen recommended anterior discectomy with fusion. This was necessary but obviously very scary. Going through this with Dr. Cohen and Professional Orthopaedic Associates gave me the best experience possible. At my first visit and every visit after that I was met by a professional, efficient, caring staff. Dr. Cohen's confident, informative, sympathetic approach helped me sort through the procedure and my options. A bonus for me was also meeting a nurse who had the same surgery as I did and being able to ask her every question I had from the actual procedure to how soon I would be able to wash my hair after surgery. I am so happy to say that my surgery was completely successful and was performed without any problems. My recovery was just as Dr. Cohen told me it would be.  I followed the instructions of Dr. Cohen and the staff throughout my recovery, and two months after my surgery I played 4 rounds of golf in 8 days! Thank you to Dr. Cohen and his wonderful staff for giving me my life back.”
