My appointments are on time, no waiting, my questions are answered, my concerns never dismissed.  If I call the office, either Adrian picks up the call immediately, or promptly returns my call. Could not ask for a more pleasant, courteous, professional staff all around. Everything is handled efficiently, from appointments to billing. Very satisfied.”

“Dr Bade! How can I describe my experience with the ultimate professional? This is on doctor that actually still practices by a moral code. My problems were always addressed and Dr Bade never rushed through any of my appointments before or after shoulder surgery. I had forgotten what it was like to have such an incredible physcian. Hands on and actually palpates. My appointments were always on time and each visit was non threatening. The staff is friendly and caring and always manage to work with you should an issue arise. I can't see myself going to another Orthopaedic Doctor after being at Professional Ortho. They definitely are worthy of the name professional.”

“I was told ... that I needed a knee replacement. Since my pain started after an injury and I didn't have chronic pain before, I went for a second opinion to Dr Foos. He disagreed. I had confidence in him because he explained everything to me in plain English. The staff were very reassuring, pleasant and kind: something missing at most Dr offices today. I had the arthroscopic surgery and feel great. In the past I also had a successful diagnosis from Dr Swik on my shoulder. The center where the surgery was performed is better than some hospitals.”
