“I had x-rays and saw Dr. Gesell for mild hip pain about three months after he performed my hip replacement surgery. He diagnosed what he thought was causing the pain, and I followed his instructions to reduce pain, which worked after about a week, as he expected. Dr. Gesell has provided excellent care before and after my hip surgery, which I consider a complete success, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering hip replacement.”

“Dr. Gesell is one of the most caring doctors I have ever seen. He did my knee replacement a year ago from a car accident and I would do it all over again with him. My knee is perfect with no pain and I can extend and flex with no problems. I can stand for a long time, when before, I could only stand for approximately an hour. He was very caring and he looked in on me in the hospital to make sure I was doing okay and making sure I was doing my exercises! If it wasn't for Dr. Gesell, I would still be in pain, still be frustrated, and I would still be limping or on crutches! Thanks to Dr. Gesell, I can walk now, even though I need a hip replacement.This is how caring he is, my hip is so bad, he referred me to Hospital for Special Surgery, which is where he did his fellowship, to a great doctor.
