Christina Lusk-Cáceres, DO, CAQSM, is a fellowship-trained, board-certified sports medicine and family medicine physician. She sees patients eight years and older and specializes in the nonsurgical treatment and management of orthopaedic and sports-related injuries and conditions, including concussion care. Dr. Lusk-Cáceres joined Professional Orthopaedic Associates in 2019.

A graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, in New Brunswick, Dr. Lusk-Cáceres went on to attend the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg to earn her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. She then completed her residency in social osteopathic medicine and family medicine at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital in Southampton, New York. Dr. Lusk-Cáceres later received further training in the specialty field of pediatric sports medicine through a fellowship at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune City, New Jersey.

Dr. Lusk-Cáceres is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Practice and holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Sports Medicine.

Dr. Lusk-Cáceres enjoys being able to take care of entire families and building a relationship with her patients. Being an active athlete herself as a Tae Kwon Do black belt and former New York Sharks women’s football player, Dr. Lusk-Cáceres understands the needs of athletes and active individuals. She also speaks Spanish and has completed mission trips to Peru, Ecuador, and Honduras.
