“Came to see Dr. Bade after an incident that happened over a year prior where I experienced a pain like no other while trying to lift heavy dresses over my head after picking up their hangers from behind. After a thorough exam it was determined that there was nothing seriously wrong (whew!) and that some light exercise would help. While other doctors might have gone for more expensive tests or physical therapy or prescription medication, Dr. Bade always takes the time to listen to me, ask additional questions, and do a thorough hands-on examination. I know I'm in good hands (literally).”

“My husband was injured while on vacation and needed to see an orthopedic specialist as soon as he returned. I couldn’t get an appointment right away with other offices. A friend recommended Dr. Torpey. Not only was he seen that day, but the staff called and got approval within minutes from my insurance for an MRI. He had the MRI five minutes later. My husband was back in the office in two days to discuss the MRI findings and treatment. I have never experienced such professionalism and genuine concern from an office staff. Dr. Torpey spent a lot of time with us during the exams and made sure we understood every facet of the surgical procedure my husband needed. He has a warm and genuine bedside manner. I knew my husband was in good hands. I highly recommend Professional Orthopedics and will always be grateful for the wonderful medical care my husband received.”

“Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Jason Cohen. I was in excruciating back pain because of a herniated disc and very nervous about getting surgery. The only thing I could do without pain was lie flat or stand straight. Any sitting , bending, sneezing, etc was intense pain. Dr. Cohen got me in right away, his team got me an MRI that same day and he explained the procedure to me and told me that he could get me out of pain. I trusted him and his team and they did just that! In a very short time frame, I was back to paddleboarding, yardwork, yoga and beach volleyball. NO Restrictions!! I got my life back, pain free!! The other HUGE component was that his team verified my insurance for me (something you really don't feel like doing when you are in that much pain) and there was very little out of pocket expense! Life is too short to be in pain when you have a surgeon like Dr. Cohen around. He's the best!!! Feel so blessed. Thanks again Dr. Cohen!!!”

Seven months later my lower spine surgery was complete. By November, I was starting to have many days with no pain at all. You have given me back my life and my dignity, Dr. Cohen.
