My Comeback Story: Deborah D.

Woman with family

Dr. Gessell did my hip replacement surgery almost a year ago. It went amazingly well compared to the other hip that was done two years before. It was done while I was living up north and had very bad consequences after the surgery that resulted in a long hospital stay and two weeks in a rehab facility.

This time was so much better, even though I needed to go back shortly to the rehab facility. I had a physical therapist come to my home for a period of time followed by me doing the exercises on my own. I also went to an outpatient facility physical therapy center.
